Rejection of Unauthorized Email Collection

"We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email address harvesting programs or other technical devices. Please be advised that any violation may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection."

  1. Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
    1. No person shall collect email addresses using an automated email address harvesting program or other technical device from a website that explicitly states its refusal to allow the collection of email addresses.
    2. No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
    3. No person shall knowingly use email addresses, the collection, sale, or distribution of which is prohibited under Paragraphs 1 and 2, for the purpose of transmitting information.
