The Korea Tax Centre(KTC) and OECD held the Knowledge Exchange and Training Programme (KETP) for the Directorate General of Taxes of the Indonesia Ministry of Finance in Jakarta, Indonesia, 2-4 June 2025. The workshop focused on the Selected Issues of Transfer Pricing. 

The workshop was attended by 40 tax officials from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance and was led by the experts, Ms. Melinda Brown(OECD) and Anthony Clark(HMRC). The invited experts delivered practical and comprehensive instruction based on their extensive field experience in Transfer Pricing, providing participants with valuable real-world insights and applications.

On the first day of the workshop, Mr. Inwoong Hwang, Director-General of KTC, gave an opening speech to kick off the event.

Then the first day covered Pillar Two and Transfer Pricing and Profit split practical application, providing participants with fundamental concepts and the latest developments.

The second day focused on intangibles, featuring in-depth lectures and case studies that highlighted practical applications. PepsiCo case was presented and also extensively analysed.

On the third day, sessions addressed Services and Financial Transaction, emphasising interactive discussions.

In addition, a dedicated Case Clinic session was conducted to facilitate participant-led discussions of real-world cases. The session reflected country-specific contexts and provided customised expert advice tailored to local needs and conditions. It also promoted peer-to-peer exchange, collaborative learning, and the sharing of practical experiences among participants.
