On 11 February 2026, the Korea Tax Centre(KTC) hosted a virtual event in cooperation with the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration and Türkiye MTC. The webinar centered on the topic of Framework for Automatic Exchange of Readily Available Information on Immovable Property, offering in-depth insights and practical perspectives.

Mr. Paul Hondius(OECD) and Ms. Mathilde Sabouret (OECD) introduced overview of framework for the exchange of readily available information on immovable property such as key benfits of the framework and current status of the joint statement adopted in December 2025. 

Ms. Verity Woolnough delivered an insightful introduction to United Kingdom's involvement in framework for the exchange of readily available information on immovable property. She provided comprehensive analysis of the preparation so far, further preparation and future planning.

296 participants from 70 jurisdictions attended the workshop and showed high levels of engagement and actively contributed to the sessions. By responding to participants’ questions, the expert fostered a lively and thought-provoking exchange of ideas.
