The Public Governance Programme of the OECD Korea Policy Centre, in co-operation with the Unit for Gender, Justice and Inclusiveness of the OECD and Tun Fatimah Hashim Women’s Leadership Center of the National University of Malaysia(UKM), hosted the OECD Asian Public Governance Forum on Gender Equality and Mainstreaming. 

The Forum took place on 12-13 December at the UKM, Selangor, Malaysia and brought together for about 50 gender experts to address policy measures to realize gender equality. 

It was the first OECD Forum on the topic to be hosted in the region and the discussion will be shared within the working group during the upcoming PGC meeting in 2020.
